Sardinian Italian cuisine restaurant Arco Cafe will be participating in the winter edition of New York City Restaurant Week.
Take a journey to Sardinia with Arco Cafe during NYC Restaurant Week Winter 2022, running from January 18 to February 13. The event returns this year, featuring two-course lunches and three-course dinners from more than 467 participating local restaurants spread across five boroughs, including the Upper West Side of Manhattan, where Arco is located.
Restaurant Week is a semiannual event in New York City created by Tim Zagat and Joe Baum in 1992. Since its inception, it has grown and expanded beyond the original week and to include other cities.
The event occurs once in January to February and another in July to August and is covered by every top media publication in New York City.
This year, Arco Cafe will be offering their "The Sardinian Journey" menu, which spotlights a curated selection of three healthy Italian courses for lunch and dinner, including an appetizer, main course, and dessert.
The restaurant will participate in all four weeks and will take reservations for lunch at $39 and dinner at $59. A complimentary glass of Sardinian wine is offered with dinner, and diners can choose from four grapes hailing from the Western Mediterranean island – Cannonau, Monica, Vermentino or Rose.
Arco Cafe serves dishes that are friendly and accessible to many special diets, with both vegan and vegetarian options. They also offer gluten-free pasta that can be served with their wide selection of pasta sauces.
The restaurant was opened in 2014 with the aim to bring authentic Sardinian Italian home cooking to New York, while using freshly, locally, and sustainably sourced ingredients that include fish, meat, and vegetables.

To participate in Restaurant Week, diners above the age of 5 are required to provide proof of their vaccination before participating in any indoor activity, including dining. Masks should also be worn in indoor public spaces unless the business enforces a vaccine requirement.
