GCI team member achieves the highest standard of competence within the engineering industry.
GCI Consultants, LLC (GCI), a building envelope consulting and engineering firm, announced today that senior consultant Jason Bondurant has reached a major career milestone by passing the Principles & Practice of Engineering (PE) exam to become licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
Becoming licensed as a Professional Engineer is significant because it is the highest standard of competence within the engineering industry and is a symbol of achievement and dedication to the safety, health, and welfare of the public. Mr. Bondurant is now GCI's third full-time staff engineer.
Mr. Bondurant is a senior consultant employed with GCI since 2013. He has experience providing building envelope consulting services on hundreds of projects all over the country including consulting on new construction projects and performing forensic investigations of existing buildings. Prior to joining GCI, Mr. Bondurant earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida.
