A new global study has revealed that travel can be disruptive to our well- being. During the holidays, family travel can be particularly stressful with more cars on road, longer lines at airports, an increased chance of flight delays, and weather-related cancellations.

  • 65% of respondents say they exercise less
  • 60% sleep less
  • And 15% admit that they are actually more stressed on vacation
