DALLAS, Nov. 15, 2017 — Cufflinks.com, the Dallas based manufacturer and distributor of men's fashion accessories, has been acquired. The 18-year-old firm manufactures and sells over 4000+ SKU's and has almost every high-end license to produce cufflinks, tie bars, ties and pocket squares as well as men's socks.
The new owners are Adam, Derek and Jacob Broin, three brothers who will operate under the corporate name Cufflinks, LLC. Adam Broin, the managing partner of the trio, said “With Cufflinks we found the right combination of products, selection, leadership and growth potential to become the leader in supplying men's fashion accessories to our global audience of buyers.”
Cufflinks, Inc., the firm's manufacturing, distribution and wholesale division, sells to virtually every major “big box” retailer including Neiman Marcus, Macy's and JCP, as well as 100's of individual and chain stores in the jewelry, gift stores, tuxedo and clothing retailer categories.
The firm was acquired from Texas-based venture capitalist and serial entrepreneur Marc Ostrofsky. “The company will certainly grow under the brothers Broin,” said Ostrofsky, who is the NYT Bestselling Author of Get Rich Click! & Word of Mouse. He added, “They are smart, aggressive young men and will give this firm the attention and TLC it needs to expand worldwide.”
The firm operates out of Dallas, Texas and is regularly featured on men's fashion and other retail websites and in men's fashion magazines, and is a regular supplier to the well-known Neiman Marcus Christmas Catalog.
