Gilbane Building Company announce the appointment of Jennifer Sisak as Business Development Manager for the local North Carolina area. Positioned out of Gilbane’s Durham office, Jennifer will concentrate her efforts on building brand awareness and strategic geographic growth opportunities serving clients on both private and public construction projects.

Sisak comes to Gilbane as a business developer and licensed architect with 25 years of experience in the architecture, construction and engineering industry. Throughout her career she has worked on the design and construction sides of project delivery for signature clients. She has spent the last ten years helping build business strategies and expand relationships with corporate and development, public, k-12 and higher education, sports and historic preservation markets.

Sisak holds a Bachelor of Science in Design from Clemson University and a Masters of Architecture from NC State University. She is active in professional and community organizations. Most recently she is serving as President of Triangle AIA. Her additional activities with nonprofits and industry associations include AIA, Dress for Success, NAIOP, ULI, A4LE, SMPS, and TCREW.
