2020-09-18 08:10:00 - United States, Georgia, Atlanta - (PR Distribution™)

Atlanta, GA – September 11, 2020–A highlight of The 100 Black Men of America, Inc.’s Virtual

Conference is the Power Forum series that will be held on Thursday, September 17, 2020.  To stay laser focused on the 100’s mission, each of the power forum topics is tied to one of the organization’s pillars – Mentoring, Education, Health and Wellness and Economic Empowerment.

In an effort to be strategic in their approach to this virtual conference and provide impactful and engaging sessions, the topic and content for each forum was designed for a multi-generational audience.  “The power forums are tied to our organizational pillars and also support our desire to Mentor Across a Lifetime.  It was our goal to provide teaching and learning experiences for everyone, so we are making them available for anyone to view, live and on demand,” stated Chairman of the Board Thomas W. Dortch, Jr.

Although the annual conference delivery method has changed to a virtual format, The 100 has continued its tradition of enlisting some of the nation’s most prominent and respected thought leaders to serve as panelists and moderators.   Participants can look forward to hour long sessions that are educational and engaging.  These sessions are free, and the public can access them on Facebook, YouTube or on the 100’s website at 100blackmen.org. Moderating viewers through conference events will be 100 member and award winning news anchor Fred Blankenship
