NASHVILLE, TN. – April 16, 2020 – ScholarshipAuditions.com, the premiere performing fine arts recruitment platform, announced the implementation of a pilot program for performing arts middle and high school students in the Abilene Independent School System. This pilot program provides the entire school district with free access to the recruitment platform to support the development of student talents as well as allowing them to showcase their talents to recruiters from national colleges, universities, and conservatories for the purpose of admission and scholarship procurement.

“The ScholarshiAuditions.com platform is designed for students and families and provides support, education and guidance throughout the student’s development process and opens opportunities to higher education recruitment and scholarship opportunities”, says Dr. Randall Bayne, Founder and CEO. “The program being piloted with the Abilene Independent School System is a large-scale implementation and onboarding program and will look at the responses and outcomes of the students over a prolonged period. We’re appreciative of the opportunity to collaborate with Jay Lester, Executive Director of Fine Arts, and the committed teachers in the band, choir and musical theater programs to bring this valuable opportunity to the students.”

“The Abilene ISD Fine Arts Department is excited to offer our students a chance to gain valuable scholarship dollars.  Performing musicians, dancers, and actors will have the opportunity to register on the platform, search the site for scholarships, and be available to hundreds of universities across the nation”, states Jay Lester, Executive Director of Fine Arts.
