AlphaRacks, a premium infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) provider, announced the acquisition of WootHosting, a nationwide provider of web hosting and VPS services. The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
AlphaRacks plans to incorporate its years of industry expertise and invest heavily within the company to provide an overall better service for WootHosting customers. In addition, AlphaRacks customers will soon be able to deploy services in additional locations where existing WootHosting PoP’s (points of presence) exist.
