Annella Metoyer, Keynote Speaker, Amazon Best Selling Author, Performance Improvement Coach for Inspire Development LLC, was just recently selected as Top Motivational Speaker of the Year for 2019 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP), for her outstanding leadership, dedication and commitment to the industry.

As a speaker, Annella’s previous forty-year career in the financial industry gave her a wide range of experience in Sales Leadership, Business Development, Strategic Business Planning, Process Improvement, Customer Service, Client/Public Relations, Revenue Growth, Talent Management, Training and Development and Performance Management.
As a Business Owner, Motivational Speaker, a coach and Best Selling Author for Inspire Development LLC, Annella combines her executive experience with extensive interviews, research and incredible personal stories to help develop others leadership skills in order for them to create a culture of  teamwork. . Throughout her illustrious career, Annella remains active in her community, and has been recognized nationally for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2019 she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for IAOTP’s Empowered Woman of the Year Award.  Also for 2019 she was selected as Top Motivational Speaker of the Year and will be honored at IAOTP’s Annual Awards Gala being held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. She has been featured on CUTV News Radio, Promotion Protocol Radio with Dr. Kim Nugent, and interviewed by Athena International-Women Really Mean Business. In 2013 Annella was named “Breakthrough Women by the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and in 2012, was an honoree at the 7th Annual Top 25 Women of Houston. Annella passionately serves on the boards of numerous professional and non-profit organizations such as North Houston Advisory Board of the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and the Women’s Resource of Greater Houston.  She has formerly served on the board of the Greater Houston Partnership and the 2011 NCAA Final Four Houston Local Organizing Committee. 


Looking back, Annella attributes her success to her perseverance, mentors and coaches she has had along the way especially her father who was the inspiration behind her book “Dare to Be the Change”, which Annella says her dad gave her the foundation to take risks in life, and staying passionate in all her business endeavors. When not working she is traveling and spending time with her family.  For the future, she will continue to grow as a professional and wants to continue to make a difference in people’s lives .
