Arbeit Software, a telecommunications and contact software company, held a grand opening event on Thursday, July 25 at their new US Headquarters in Tonawanda, New York.
Town of Tonawanda Supervisor Joseph Emminger commemorated the celebration with a ribbon cutting, joined by Cathy Piciulo, President/CEO of the Ken-Ton Chamber of Commerce and State Assemblyman Robin Schimminger.
The ribbon cutting was followed by a presentation on the state of recruiting by Shannon Callahan and Tom Hausler of Acara Solutions, an affiliate of Aleron. All in all the event housed around 45 guests. Those in attendance were friends of the company, surrounding businesses, and clients.
Arbeit Software was founded in 2013 by former collection agency owners Alex Villafranca and Alonzo Rainero, their friend Richard Hacker and their Brazilian colleague Allan Rossi Lisboa. The idea behind Arbeit Software was high volume contact software that is intuitive, easy to use, and promotes friendly and profitable conversation.
Arbeit Software now serves more than 250 businesses. Their primary market is debt collection agencies but their software has been built to fit lead generation companies, call centers, and small businesses of many kinds. They operate jointly out of Buffalo, NY and Belo Horizonte, Brazil.
Until this year, Arbeit Software’s US office was headquartered in Amherst, NY. They closed on their new building in June of 2018. After extensive renovations by Montante Construction, Arbeit’s US team moved in March of 2019.
Their new office space was designed to be collaborative for the respective teams working in the office, as well as reflective of Arbeit’s distinct brand. The event was meant to culminate the months of hard work that has taken place both on the building and inside the building, by both partners and employees of Arbeit.
