ATMOS360, INC. ANNOUNCES APPRENTICE DISTRIBUTOR PROGRAM DESIGNED FOR ECONOMIC INCLUSION

10/09/2018 01:00 - CINCINNATI, OH - (PR Distribution™)

ATMOS360, Inc., a manufacturer of air filtration equipment, is pleased to announce a unique business development program to give Minorities, Women and Veterans an opportunity to capitalize on the lucrative air filtration industry. The new initiative allows an existing business an additional revenue stream as an independent distributor—without the overhead of warehousing, shipping and adding employees.

The air filtration industry is growing at an exponential rate and is projected to reach $9.7 billion by 2020 in the U.S. alone.  Through its Apprentice Distributor Program, ATMOS360 is looking to develop a network of diverse businesses to become independent distributors who can benefit from this growth trajectory. Applicants must demonstrate a commitment to growing their business and improving the air quality within their community, and if accepted, have the opportunity for immediate start up as a profit center.

The Apprentice Distributor business model offers both recurring revenue and assistance to streamline costs, create operational efficiencies and improve business performance. The Apprentice Distributor buys products from ATMOS360 at competitive wholesale prices and owns the assets to resell. ATMOS360 stores the Apprentice’s inventory in its manufacturing facility; and then ships directly to customers when the items are sold. ATMOS360 also offers the Apprentice Distributor access to experienced mechanical and electrical engineers to provide customers with consulting services or to customized and design complete air cleaning systems. This benefit opens a window of opportunity for a home-based business to expand its services.

“Small enterprises are an important part of the U.S. economy,” states Icy L. Williams, owner and CEO of ATMOS360. “Our Apprentice Distributor Program is more of a process to bring more diversity into the air filtration B2B channel,” We’re searching for the most qualified entrepreneurs in each market that are interested in establishing a long-term, mutually beneficial business relationship.

Williams purchased ATMOS360, Inc. (formerly PakTeem, Inc.) after retiring from Procter & Gamble as the supplier diversity leader. Her expertise in air filtration systems was honed over many years as a Procter & Gamble plant manager.

Williams says, “ATMOS360 is committed to the success of our brand and our prospective distributors.”

To prove it, the manufacturer is partnering with ACF Enterprises, LLC to work with its Apprentice Distributors for a trial period of 6 to 12 months, depending on experience.ACF is an award-winning training and consulting company known for successfully scaling up small and diverse enterprises. Minorities, Women and Veterans and other prospective distributors accepted into the program as Apprentices receive specialized training in clean air solutions and a business coach to develop specific regional markets. Upon meeting all the qualifications within the trial period, the Apprentice will become an independent ATMOS360 Authorized Distributor with expanded territory and a binding contract.
