Bizcentral USA and CharityNet USA to Rebrand Under BryteBridge
We’re excited to announce that we are transitioning the BizCentral USA and CharityNet USA brands under our parent company, BryteBridge, to better streamline our brands. The future is BryteBridge.
Since our inception in 2004, we have supported over 30,000 nonprofits and small businesses across our brands. We started with the goal of helping small businesses incorporate and provide start-ups services, as we observed that small business owners with dreams and aspirations often felt defeated by the administrative and compliance demands that were required simply to get their business up and running.
As we evolved, we found a niche supporting the nonprofit community, as they often had similar challenges as for-profit businesses, yet with the added stress of obtaining their 501(C)(3) status with the IRS , registering their charities with their state and accurate preparation of IRS Forms 990, 990N, 990EZ. Witnessing the diverse range of challenges both small businesses and nonprofits experienced as they contacted us, we quickly grasped that our mission extended far beyond start-up services. As we continue to enhance our services to be essential throughout our clients’ small business and nonprofit journey, we wanted one primary brand that conveys a lifetime partnership with our clients.
Due to our growth, we are realigning our brands under the BryteBridge umbrella. We want to insure we are inclusive of all who want to use our services, both nonprofits and small businesses, as a means of championing on behalf of our clients’ businesses and nonprofits and making their dreams a reality.
