New York Pianist Bob Baldwin has taken on the lions share of the Vinyl Release project. He's covering the lion's share of expenses, however, this fund is for post-production costs such as Mixing, Mastering, Post-Video-Production, etc.

I'm Bob Baldwin, and I'm a US-based veteran record producer, author, radio host and entrepreneur and very excited to launch my brand new vinyl record campaign, and we're shooting for a November release. Depending on the funds raised, we will press a minimum of two projects; The studio live "Stay-At-Home Series" and the previously released "Henna", which has received strong support to press up vinyl. Among other contributions, your contribution of $60.00 will afford you: "Henna" and 'Stay At Home" Series vinyl albums, and; "Henna" and "Stay At Home Series" cd's. We also added an "Executive Producer" Arm to add your name in the credits.

Vinyl Mastering (2 albums): $2,000

Artwork (One CD layout and two Album layouts): $1,200

Manufacturing: (2 vinyl projects and one double-CD project): $5,800.00

Marketing (Radio and Social Media Marketing): $5,000

The Impact

Not many Contemporary Jazz artists are releasing vinyl projects these days. Recently, the living legend Bob James released a project recently, showing that there is a demand for vinyl in the world of Jazz.

Risks & Challenges

There are no risks or challenges at this point. Bob Baldwin is a world-class artist with over 34 cd's release, mostly independently. Baldwin is a proven artist in the genre of Smooth and Contemporary Jazz spanning 5 decades. That said, if we don't achieve our total goal, the first funds will be used to salvage the Stay at Home vinyl release, followed by the Stay At Home CD release.
