Briotix Health, the industry-leading provider of workforce performance optimization solutions, will deliver an interactive training session at the 2018 Utility Arborist Association Annual Wisconsin Safety Summit which will provide coaching techniques that can be used to train employees to move safely in the most efficient way possible.
Tony Kaczkowski, Chief Strategy Officer for Briotix health, will lead the session, Functional Body Mechanics in the Real World on Friday, December 7, 2018, at 9:20 a.m. During the presentation, attendees will learn basic stretching and strengthening exercises to address discomfort, reduce the risk of injury, and improve overall health. Additionally, attendees will learn biomechanical coaching tools and how they assist in the prevention of common workplace injuries.
“Research indicates nearly 40% of all injuries with days away from work are due to musculoskeletal disorders (MSD) including sprains, strains, and tears,” said Tony. “I am looking forward to discussing the costs and risk factors associated with these common injuries and help attendees develop a game plan to continually drive for an injury-free work environment.”
