After replacing its existing curbside pickup program, Buona customers who pre-ordered online opted for curbside pickup via the Curbsid platform more often. Whenever there was a busy drive-thru, curbside pickups also increased, thus allowing Buona to keep its drive-thru focus on new sales, and lowering wait times for its drive-thru and curbside operations.
