In partnership with Notarize, Carlisle Title provided closing and loan documents to Mr. Hamid Ghoraishi, a home buyer in Arlington, Texas, in digital form for him to review and sign. In less than an hour, Mr. Ghoraishi was able to access his documents, review them, and digitally sign, closing on the purchase of his home, all from the comfort of his office. This makes it one of the fastest, fully online closings the industry has ever seen.
