The new office location, in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, is located at 1932 1st Avenue, Suite 203. Joining Carrier Johnson + CULTURE as leader of the new Seattle office is Associate Principal - Director Pacific Northwest, Pragnesh Parikh. Pragnesh brings his thirty years of experience working in the Pacific Northwest on a variety of project types including mixed-use residential, hospitality, office, institutional and cultural. Pragnesh is an avid proponent of sustainable design practices and has worked with major developers, institutions, general contractors, consultants and jurisdictions.
The Seattle office will strengthen the firm’s Pacific Northwest presence where the firm is currently working on Fairfield Residential’s $200 million Village at Totem Lake mixed-use development in Kirkland, Washington. Overseeing its construction is Conor Brown, Project Architect and Associate at Carrier Johnson + CULTURE, who recently relocated to Seattle to be part of the firm’s growing local team. “Opening an office in the Seattle area is well-aligned with our firm’s growth plans and will afford our existing national and local clients an increased level of service responsiveness.” said Claudia Escala, LEED AP, Principal-in-Charge of the Seattle expansion.
