Carve Nutrition located right by the water in Venice Beach, CA is making waves in the food industry. After their show at Expo West, the food industry is starting to take notice in a big way. Carve is led by their CEO or Carve Executive Officer as they like to say Joey Adler who brings an immense amount of business knowledge and experience to the table (Former Diesel Jeans CEO and global distributor) and is supported by a group of business savvy surfers / adventurers. The concept of Carve is a simple one - To express and celebrate the idea of Carving ones own path in life while treating your body right.
Carve started by introducing the first idea of Protein Cake which has taken notice in the LA / CA area and they are now in and around 150 stores and growing. You can find them in stores such as Erewhon, Peets coffee, Mothers Market and more. Their protein cake consists of 2 bars in each package and each bar has only 1 gram of sugar per bar and 14 grams of protein for the entire package. It actually tastes like cake and the ingredients are outstanding (The chocolate quinoa is my favorite). A real breath of fresh air in a crowded protein market. Rumor has it they are about to introduce a protein cookie that has only 5 grams of sugar which we will have to wait and see.
