Maine Coast is pleased to announce the addition of Catharine Garbo to the Maine Coast team. Catharine comes to Maine Coast with a wealth of experience in the lobster industry that belies her years. She had the privilege of growing up in the lobster industry working alongside her father, Dave Garbo of Garbo Lobster, one of the largest live lobster distributors in the world. She learned, first hand, how the business works. Starting from the bottom and working her way up while learning as much as possible lead her into a full-time role. She recently graduated with an MBA from Bryant University to better her knowledge of business and operations and also holds a BFA in design from Lesley University. She enjoys a fast-paced, efficiently-run environment with many challenges, which the seafood industry is guaranteed to deliver.
