Charles and Amie Dampier purchased the company in 2005. Frank Dampier began working as a roofer in the late 1950’s as a member of a hot tar mop crew for his father, Floyd, at Dampier Roofing. A decade later, with his wife Lavonne, by his side, he started Frank’s Roofing out of his home on LaBelle Street in East Fort Myers and Floyd joined him in the business. Frank instilled in his son, Charles, the standard of exceptional work through responsibility and participation.
The accomplishments and progress Frank’s Roofing has gained was not achieved by luck. The business placed their customer’s needs first since day one. Established in the Southwest Florida area, Frank’s Roofing has strong relations with multiple property managements, and homeowner associations. Frank built good personal relationships with the community and as time went on, Charles has carried on those close friendships. Frank’s Roofing is committed to helping the community by working with organizations such as Lee County Veteran Services, Salvation Army and Lee Builders care. In 2018 Frank’s Roofing donated the entire roof replacement for a retired nurse who had damage from Hurricane Irma.
Frank’s Roofing has maintained the company business under the family name while continuously seeking growth such as expanding the company from 1 crew to 5 crews, adding an administrative staff and many more vehicles on the road.
