November 30, 2021 – Just over 30 years ago, Chapman, Hext & Co., P.C. was born as a Dallas-based CPA firm. The Firm has experienced continuous growth and expanded geographically throughout these years to better support their clients’ goals and aspirations. Now, to celebrate over 30 years of unwavering service to their clients, partners, and friends, the Firm has decided to evolve to a new name and new look. Chapman, Hext is proud to announce that they are now Hext Financial Group, LLC.
In the Firm's early and formative years, Greg Hext, Founder & CEO, recognized that Chapman, Hext clients needed more than just a CPA. With that thought and dedication to client service, Hext and his team added a wealth management division (now to be known as Hext Wealth Advisors) and an investment bank (now to be known as Hext Capital Partners). Chapman, Hext became one of the first and only financial advisories to offer all three of these services under one entity.
This family of companies has provided trusted advice to clients not just in North Texas, but around the globe on; corporate finance, M&A, financial reporting, tax planning and compliance along with wealth management.
