With over two decades of active and reserve service, serving in various legal capacities and business endeavors, Charmaine has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Charmaine has demonstrated success not only as a CEO, but in every position she has ever held. Her impressive repertoire of prior roles have included: directing and managing the operation of an 8 person legal office, responsible for providing legal support to the installation’s combined customer population consisting of over 120,000 as it executes a $60 million garrison budget. Charmaine supervised the administration of military justice, claims, administrative and civil law, legal assistance, ethics, labor law, environmental, contract law functional areas and litigation in the US District Court. She served in various legal capacities including: Administrative Law/Contract/Legal Assistant Attorney, USMA, Office of the Staff Judge Advocate; Trial Defense Attorney, HHC 1st ID, Wuerzburg, Germany; Procurement Fraud Coordinator, HQ; Trial Counsel/Chief Military Justice; Command Judge Advocate; Deputy Staff Judge Advocate and Deputy Staff Judge Advocate. Charmaine has also served in support of IFOR/SFOR, Operation Nobel Eagle, Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom just to name a few.

Born in Kingston Jamaica, Charmaine earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and History, and her Master’s Degree in Management and Leadership from Virginia Union University. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctorate degree from Washington and Lee Law School in Lexington Virginia. Throughout her illustrious career Charmaine has received awards, decorations, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. For 2019 she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine and for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award. Also for 2019 she was selected as Top CEO of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP). She has been recognized by Worldwide Who’s Who and the National Association of Professional Women. She received the Bronze Star Medal, five Meritorious Service Medals, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, three Army Commendation Medals, the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal, the NATO Medal and the Military Volunteer Service Medal.
Aside from her successful career, Charmaine is also a sought after public motivational speaker and published author. Her bestseller books From Fear to Faith in 30 Days and The Bully, are available on Amazon. Charmaine also has songs on Itunes.
Looking back, Charmaine attributes her success to perseverance, mentors she has had along the way and staying passionate in all of her business endeavors. When not working, she enjoys traveling, reading, writing poetry, Zumba, mentoring and coaching people to obtain their goals and serving her community. Charmaine says she has been blessed she loves helping and educating people and feels this is just the beginning. For the future, she hopes to continue to make a difference in people’s lives any way that she can.
