Corcoran Reverie announces the promotion of Conner Morrison to Managing Broker of the high-end real estate brokerage based in Seagrove Beach, Florida
SEAGROVE BEACH, FL (February 3, 2022) – Corcoran Reverie, a high-end real estate brokerage and an affiliate of Corcoran Group LLC, today announced the promotion of Conner Morrison to Managing Broker. Since beginning his tenure at Corcoran Reverie as the Executive Business Administrator for owner/broker, Hilary Farnum-Fasth in May 2020, Morrison quickly became the point person for contracts and general questions for nearly every agent with the brokerage. His vast knowledge of real estate and contracts, coupled with his MBA from the University of West Florida and the growth of the brokerage, made clear that it was time to shift his focus to a fully agent-focused role at Corcoran Reverie.

As Managing Broker for Corcoran Reverie, Morrison will solely focus on assisting the brokerage’s 150+ agents with contracts, general real estate questions, and human resource needs of the firm. He will also oversee the team of Executive Business Coordinators for owners Hilary Farnum-Fasth and Jacob Watkins.
A current resident of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida, Morrison graduated in 2013 from Niceville High School and went on to receive his Bachelor of Science Degree with a double major in Business Management and Criminology from Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he was also a member of the FSU Real Estate Society. He then went on to receive his Master’s Degree in Business Management from the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida. Prior to joining Corcoran Reverie, Morrison was a real estate agent and assisted clients in the purchase of both primary and secondary homes in the Northwest Florida and Tallahassee markets, with a focus on income-producing investment properties. Connor also started a small team at his previous brokerage aimed at helping equip newly licensed agents with the tools and training needed to succeed while further growing the brokerage’s footprint.
