With that in mind, Hitchcock hopes to help ease the stress and uncertainty faced by women and men isolated at home by the orders forbidding contact.

The hairstylist has a history of giving back over her 13 years owning her salon. She offers free haircuts to people with cancer. She does it in memory of her sister, who died of cancer.
“I remember how brave my sister was when she was diagnosed,” Hitchcock said. “She only broke down and cried when she learned she would lose her hair.”
