Craig Patterson, a 33 year industry veteran, joined NAI Legacy’s growing team of real estate industry professionals with a focus on pushing forward select development (build-to-suits), land acquisition, and general brokerage services. “We are excited to add Craig Patterson to our team,” said Garrett Farmer, Managing Broker for NAI Legacy; “we are witnessing significant demand from industrial clients seeking space that is not readily available in the marketplace and Craig comes on board with development opportunities under contract and is seeking additional developments and build-to-suits by collaborating with the brokerage marketplace,” added Mr. Farmer.
