With over 30 years’ experience in international investment banking and financial services, Crispian has led businesses in the UK, Europe and Asia, in addition to advising and trading for international corporate clients and institutional investors. As one of the youngest directors of Smith New Court Plc, Crispian was later appointed a director and board member of Schroder Securities and was instrumental in the sale of their Japanese business to Credit Suisse, of which he subsequently became Managing Director. Founder of Bescap, a London based consultancy, Crispian now specializes in working with private equity groups, venture capitalists and high net worth individuals, introducing investors to and raising capital for SMEs and buy-out opportunities. Focusing on the automotive and beverage sectors, he has consulted over 40 companies and is also an investor in several of them.
