In 2018, Dr. Vera Dvorak joined the TD&P Consulting, Inc. During that time, she has become an integral part of the organization providing valuable experience and guidance. Dr. Dvorak’s efforts have enabled the firm to successfully retool and expand its business offerings to meet the demands of clients. TD&P to announce that Dr. Dvorak has accepted TD&P Consulting’s offer of membership as an Equity Partner. While continuing in her role as Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Dvorak will work directly with the Managing Partner to develop and implement short- and long-term organizational policies governing TD&P management, consultant hiring, and product development.
Vera C. Dvorak. has 40-years’ experience as a strategic member of corporate leadership. Strong utilization management background developed disease management, transitional case management and secondary level of care programs. Established credibility with internal and external customers. Leverage extensive medical care management, managerial experience, organizational planning, disease management program design and success in managed care organizations, and hospitals. Her quality of care assessment across the continuum of care is enhanced by knowledge and experience in three key environments in the healthcare industry: the group practice (18y); managed care & insurance environment (15y); hospital environment branching out to the transition settings (7y).
A critical focus of Dr. Dvorak’s career has been to help patients and caregivers clearly understand their medical diagnosis and its impact on the quality of life. She is an authority on standards of care in the healthcare industry, transitions of care, long term planning in the inpatient and outpatient setting, and medical necessity in the group practice setting. She is well-read and maintains continuous medical education at 100 hours per year. She has devoted her professional career to individual patient care and ensuring that all patients are treated with dignity and respect receiving medically necessary at the right level and the right time.
