Dr. Ty Hall and East Valley Chiropractic at www.eastvalleychiro.com in Apple Valley, Minnesota is kicking off food truck season on Thursday, May 6th, 2021. Dr. Ty Hall and the East Valley Chiropractic team invite one food truck each month to set up in the shopping center parking lot.
“It’s a win-win situation. It benefits the food trucks and it benefits our community. We’ve had a really great response from our patients and surrounding businesses. People like to come out and support the food trucks.” said Dr. Ty.

- Wednesday, June 16th, Gray Duck gluten free donut truck
- Wednesday, July 14th, The Strudel Haus strudel truck
- Wednesday, August 11th, Home Town Creamery ice cream truck
Wednesday, September 8th, Pharaoh's Gyros gyro truck
All events are held from 3:30 - 6:30 pm at 14050 Pilot Knob Road, Apple Valley, MN 55124. Events are open to the community. All are invited to come support the food truck community.
