Appointments position company for evolution of SAP Customer Experience service offerings and future growth
ECENTA today announces new appointments to its Executive Board to meet market demands for implementation services for the Customer Experience suite of SAP products, and to position the company for future growth. Long-term Head of Finance Franz Diks has been appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO), while Christian Matz has been appointed Chief Technology Officer (CTO) focused on SAP Customer Experience technologies. Sebastian Angerer has been appointed Chief Operating Officer (COO) to focus on client services globally.
The three newly appointed board members are joining the existing leadership team which is led by founder and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Dr. Thorsten Wewers and ECENTA’s Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) Amit Venugopal. All appointments are effective immediately.

Franz Diks has been with ECENTA for more than seven years and will continue overseeing financial growth and sustainability during the new era of digital transformation. Franz holds a degree in Business Administration. Before joining ECENTA he held roles at KPMG, Deloitte, Software AG, and SAP SE, and leverages experience in software and international business.
Christian Matz will be responsible for the technology strategy and pre-sales activities. He holds a degree in Business Information Systems. Before joining ECENTA, Matz worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers and SAP.

Sebastian Angerer will focus on global delivery of services for ECENTA to ensure standards and governance for ECENTA’s clients. Sebastian joined ECENTA in 2006 as a consultant and holds a degree in Information Technology. Before joining ECENTA he held positions at SAP consultancy groups specializing in ERP and CRM.
