Elsa was born in Lebanon and grew up in Europe. She attended law school in Paris where she focused on international law and obtained a Master’s Degree in Private International Law. She then moved to the United States where she obtained a Master of Laws in International Legal Studies from the American University’s Washington College of Law in D.C.
