Health care veterans Scott Houghton, Lou Billmyer, Margaret Krueger, and Matt Helbert expand vision and operations for Seattle-based home care leader.
Seattle, Washington – August 13, 2020 – Scott Houghton has joined Fedelta Home Care as the Director of Home Care Services rounding out a dramatically expanded leadership team that includes Lou Billmyer, Director of Finance & Accounting; Margaret Krueger, Director of Human Resources; and Matt Helbert, Director of Clinical Services.
The expansion of the leadership team at the home care and home health care operation follows growth capital investment from Montlake Capital at the start of 2020. The expanded leadership team will drive expansion of depth and breadth of Fedelta’s services in Western Washington and beyond.

Scott Houghton brings 25 years of medical and operations experience as a licensed assisted living administrator to his new role at Fedelta Home Care. Scott has opened and staffed new memory care communities throughout Washington state with a focus on delivering exceptional care to seniors. He oversees management of the Home Care group at Fedelta starting immediately. “COVID-19 has changed the landscape of senior living as we know it.” Scott said. “Families are deciding to stay at home – close to loved ones – and age in place. The COVID-19 pandemic will tremendously impact demand for in-home senior care for the foreseeable future.”
Lou Billmyer, MPAcc has led the growth of small and medium sized businesses in the health care, business technology services, and senior housing property management industries in the region for many years. Lou joins Fedelta from True North ITG where he served as Chief Financial Officer. He brings his 25-year experience in process-driven excellence and innovative success to leading financial and operational support leadership at Fedelta.
Margaret Krueger, SPHR, a proud native of Seattle, has led Human Resources teams in the health care and staffing industries for more than 20 years including HR roles at Swedish/Providence and Parker Services. She is creating a new vision for Fedelta’s recruitment, retention, and engagement programs. “I’m thrilled to be able to lead and be part of our dynamic and diverse Fedelta team at an exciting time in which we are charting new growth initiatives,” Margaret said.
Matt Helbert, RN, MN, a former U.S. Army combat medic and Nurse Corps officer, focused his leadership on case management, population health, and clinical quality for the past 10 years. Most recently, he served as Director of Nursing and Clinical Operations at Right at Home where he helped grow the company into a Joint Commission accredited home health and home care provider. In late 2019 he stepped into the leadership of the Fedelta clinical arm managing nursing care clients, in both senior and pediatric categories.
