Helium Services, a leading provider of mobile, web, and custom software development solutions in Atlanta, has announced the addition of John Rae as the firm's Lead Frontend Developer. In his new function, John will partner with clients across multiple verticals and with a diverse range of software needs to consult with partners and stakeholders, improve JavaScript functionality, and expedite project completion.
John brings with him an extensive technical background of writing JavaScript applications in various professional settings. Before joining Helium, John worked at a software agency where he developed frontend React and React native applications as well as mentored developers. He also worked as a Senior Developer at a Salesforce consultancy where he functioned in both a programming and creative role, splitting his time between design, UX, and development.
John, who started at the software company on June 17, 2019, is looking forward to making an impact in his capacity as Helium's Lead Developer. "As a developer, I have my feet planted at the very front-end of the technology stack, straddling design and development throughout every project phase. My experience includes designing, building, testing, and deploying React applications, especially in the context of a digital agency, which I'm hoping to share and build on with the Helium team. Most importantly, I’m excited to work with this amazing group of people and use my experience to help Helium grow."
