3 cups beef broth
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce

- Place rosemary sprig on top of meat and put the lid on. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, until the meat is tender.
Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a sauce/pan. Add in 1-2 tablespoons of flour and whisk together until a paste like sauce is created. Pour in strained juices (from the wagyu beef) and heat over medium-high heat until thickened.
If your juices from the wagyu are still piping hot this will only take a minute or two.
MAKING THE SAUCE:
Use the mouthwatering juices! Remove the wagyu meat and pour the mouthwatering juices into a sauce pan. Bring heat to a boil, then reduce the heat, and let the sauce simmer for about 10-15 mins.
For a smoother sauce consistency you’d want to strain it first.
