The company is growing in stride and was once again recognized as one of the fastest growing privately held companies in America for the 3rd year in a row by Inc Magazine.
The large office space has seen the number of people in it increase dramatically over the past three years with a number of re-configurations to accommodate the growing team.
“Our manufacturing team is growing. Our retail team is growing. Our app team is growing. So, we are constantly looking for talented, entrepreneurial team members to join our team”, says Eric Corl, Founder and CEO of Idea Buyer. “Now we’re in a place where we are planning on hiring 20 additional people over the next two years and making plans on where we are going to grow”.
The company’s portfolio of products it works with sell in stores like Target, Buy Buy Baby, Home Depot, Macy’s, Cabela’s, Bass Pro, Walmart, Hy-Vee, Amazon, and many more.
The company is deciding whether to stay in it’s Dublin, OH headquarters or venture out to another, larger location.
“We are currently evaluating all of our options for space including additional offices for different divisions of our company.” says Executive Vice President, Lindsey Yeauger.
The company will be evaluating proposals from Dublin and other cities to help decide which city will be home to the additional jobs.
