INFINITY LABORATORIES EXPANDS, ACQUIRES SECOND SAN DIEGO FIRM
CASTLE ROCK, Colorado – Infinity Laboratories, a full-service chemical and microbiological contract laboratory, has acquired Quadrants Scientific, Inc. of San Diego.
This acquisition marks the second for Infinity Laboratories and shows a true commitment to the thriving biotech and medical device market in the San Diego area. The combined assets of Ultimate Labs (acquired May, 2019) and Quadrants will offer customers world class analytical testing and customer service.
