At full production, the line is expected to produce up to 60,000 face shields per week.
J-Shield face shields are manufactured of medical-grade PETG plastics under ISO 13485 guidelines in our FDA-registered facility in Somersworth, New Hampshire. The equipment is compatible with all clinical disinfectant agents.
J-Shield PPE face shields improve protection with these features:
- 8” length provides better neck coverage
- Wider shield provides ear protection for most wearers
- 1.5”-deep closed-cell foam headpiece is non-absorbent and prevents vertical contamination
