She is a dynamic, results-driven leader who has demonstrated success and advancement throughout her career. Currently, Jennifer is the Senior Managing Partner at Property Haus Partners located in Minnetonka, Minnesota.
Property Haus is a locally owned, family-operated business with a vested interest to improve communities one house at a time. They create solutions for people who need to sell their homes quickly by strategizing the best outcome for all involved in the transaction. Jennifer specializes in foreclosures and always provides innovative options for complex real estate situations, including probate, divorce, and eviction. She has built solid, value-add relationships with numerous attorneys and professionals in the Twin Cities, adding leverage and competence to her career skills. Before embarking on her professional career path, Jennifer received her Bachelors in Sociology and Criminal Justice from the University of St. Thomas. She continued her studies and earned her Master's in Criminology from Middlesex University.
Additionally, she has volunteered her time and expertise to Women Winning for fundraising and campaigns. She worked with Anti-Slavery International in their campaigns department, was a Board member for Soroptimist International and an Executive Board Member for the Sexual Violence Center.
Throughout her illustrious career, Jennifer has received several awards, accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her expertise in Real Estate Investing. This year she is being considered for a feature article in TIP (Top Industry Professional) Magazine. She was recently honored for her distinction as Top Real Estate Investing Executive of the Year for 2022 at IAOTP's Annual Awards Gala, held at the Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas. She will receive The Empowered Woman award at IAOTP's annual gala In December 2023.
