Denver, CO (June 8, 2021)– Canyon Star Network founder and hit-maker Joey Canyon will be the next musician to join the prestigious group of Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame inductees. An honor not taken lightly, Canyon’s 4-decades in the industry, 7 #1 hits and a vast array of accolades illustrate a legacy he has built with his successful career.

Joey Canyon began performing professionally in his early 20’s. By 1993 he earned feature billing in numerous NFL video compilations alongside Hank Williams Jr, George Strait, Lorrie Morgan, Alan Jackson, Travis Tritt, Reba McEntire, Clint Black, and Wynonna Judd. In 2012, Canyon was nominated in 7 different categories from the Independent Music Network and New Music Weekly, including “Artist of the Year,” “Best Song,” “Breakout Artist of the Year,” and “Crossover Artist of the Year.” In 2016 he scored a #1 hit with “I Can’t Start Loving You Again.” In the last few years, Canyon has produced #1 hits with both “Matter of Time” and “Take Me Back,” both on the National Radio Hits and Independent Network Music charts. This Singer/Songwriter, host of The Joey Canyon Show, director, actor, and executive producer isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
