JOIN US! 5th ANNUAL WOMEN OF RESILIENCE CONFERENCE FEBRUARY 14-17 2019

12/17/2018 16:28 - SAN FRANCISCO CA - (PR Distribution™)

Women of Resilience began as a conference with a concept that the seed of resilience lies within each human being.  How do we as humans find the ability to reach within, to find our inner strength?  To work through depression, declining health, the numerous challenges we face on a daily basis related in one way or another to loss.  What qualities bring people to and through  times of loss?

During the conference, we have the opportunity to examine resilience within personal experiences of people of various socioeconomic backgrounds, of underserved populations, of people of fame and fortune, and people demonstrating enormous courage In the face of death and other major life changes. We have dedicated a block of time with the Writer/Director Lisa Klein for her presentation of her documentary film, “The S Word” which examines suicide and its impact.

Our goal is to enrich lives through the presentations and being able to create a dialogue on these varied themes that will ultimately affirm, inspire and renew our faith in ourselves and each other, in our shared human spirit…the hope and essence of our humanity—this is our reason to come together - to share, to grow, and to leave the conference with a restored sense of self.”

Our February Women of Resilience Program will be held at the wonderful Drury Plaza Hotel in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  This incredible program of speakers and presentations includes:
