Eric Hintz joins O’dang Foods and The Jersey Tomato Co. as Chief Executive Officer during a time of unprecedented growth and expansion for both consumer brands within the Keen Growth Capital portfolio.
Eric has more than 20 years of executive experience in consumer packaged goods, serving in senior leadership roles at Pinnacle Foods, Reckitt Benckiser, and several other companies. His general management and marketing experience spans commercial and operational turnarounds on businesses ranging from $5MM to over $1B. In Eric’s prior position, he led the Frozen Division of Pinnacle Foods (including the $1.3B Birds Eye frozen vegetable brand) and his experience crosses a range of businesses in both size and complexity including small regional brands and more established brands such as Frank’s RedHot, French’s Mustard, Vlasic Pickles, Duncan Hines Baking, Mrs. Butterworth’s Syrup, Mrs. Paul’s Frozen Seafood, Armour Canned Meat and Smart Balance Spreads.
Most recently, at Pinnacle Foods, he successfully helped lead a multi-year turnaround by stewarding and driving strategic business revitalization, breakthrough innovation and margin-enhancing productivity resulting in industry-leading share gains and sales and profit growth.
Eric earned his MBA from Emory University, Goizueta Business School, and his BA in International Relations from Connecticut College.
