Each year, Best Lawyers releases their list of the top lawyers in the United States, which is based entirely on peer review. Nominees typically have more than 10 years of experience in their area of expertise and are selected by peers within the same geographical area and legal practice area. Best Lawyers then employs a transparent survey process designed to elicit meaningful and substantive evaluations of the quality of legal services.
