Brett Kennedy to lead Lawyers Title DFW Commercial Sales Team
Lawyers Title, a member of the Fidelity National Financial family of companies, has announced the addition of Brett Kennedy as Vice President and leader of the DFW Commercial Sales team. In his role, Kennedy will be responsible for expanding the Lawyers Title commercial real estate client base and maintaining existing client relationships.

Kennedy brings more than 20 years of real estate industry experience to Lawyers Title where he has provided expert real estate advice and transaction experience to a healthy and troubled client base. Prior to joining Lawyers Title, Kennedy honed his real estate knowledge base with tenures at Lincoln Harris CSG, FourOaks Real Estate Advisors, Alvarez & Marsal and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
While at Lincoln Harris CSG, Kennedy was Vice President and practice leader of the Corporate Real Estate Restructuring platform where he managed asset disposition and multi-market leasing services for his clients. As Managing Director at FourOaks Real Estate Advisors, Kennedy provided strategic planning and portfolio advisory services for his clients.
Preceding his time at FourOaks, Kennedy was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal and provided interim management and disposition strategies within the corporate real estate department for companies during periods of corporate crisis, restructuring and bankruptcy. At PricewaterhouseCoopers, Kennedy managed acquisition projects in excess of $2 billion and performed financial due diligence related to the disposition of a $10 billion loan portfolio.
Kennedy is a graduate of Baylor University where he earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and Real estate. Additionally, he is a licensed Escrow Officer and Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Texas.
