This is after signing a cooperation agreement with the real estate investment trust that owns a number of premier shopping, dining, entertainment and other destinations across North America, Europe and Asia. Under the partnership, Chargefon will install the charging stations in the shopping malls in the states of New York, New Jersey, Illinois, Nevada, and California.

People also need to remain connected to their loved ones either online or offline. A mall visitor can rent a charger and charge their device on the go. To use the service, one will need to download the app from Google Play or App store and register using their cell phone number and add the payment method. To rent a power bank from any of the charging stations across the country, you scan the QR code of the Chargefon station. A fully charged portable battery will unlock and slide out for the customer to take. Once done with the phone charging activity, one can easily return to any of the Chargefon stations across the USA.
Chargefon shared power bank rental service is very affordable with the rental fee being $1.95 for the first hour or $3.95 for a day. The maximum number of days that you can keep the Chargefon power bank after borrowing is five days after which it will be deemed overdue and you will be charged a fee of $35 minus the initial rental fee. After being charged that fee, the power bank will be yours to keep and you can charge it using a computer, or a standard Micro USB cable that is plugged into a power outlet.
