Lincoln is being recognized for this distinction for dedicating over 3 decades of professional experience to multiple industries, for his visionary leadership in the business world, and for pursuing entrepreneurial ventures that also pay it forward to his community. Lincoln has proven not only to be an accomplished professional and expert in finance but has been successful in any role he held. Lincoln’s impressive repertoire of roles he has held, have been in six different industries (Banking, Audit and Assurance, Hi-Tech, Health Sciences, Dry Foods manufacturing, and Mining). He has worked for Coopers and Lybrand, Nortel, MDS, Associated Brands, IAMGOLD, HudBay, Enirgi Group, LeadFX, and LSC.
Lincoln’s key responsibilities included but were not limited to: Financial Reporting; Accounting; Financial Analysis; Financial Regulatory Compliance; Forecasting; Budgeting; Mergers and Acquisitions, Restructurings, Due Diligence, Risk Management, Internal Controls, Building high-performance finance teams, and Information Technology.
Lincoln’s latest business ventures have led him to be the Co-Founder and Partner of DNA Styles and Trenzplace, which are two e-commerce clothing stores, which focus on POSITIVITY. In November 2019, Lincoln also started a program for kids, but mainly at-risk kids, called TpEd (Trenzplace Edutainment) in Toronto Canada which is one of a kind, as it focuses on youth being able to express themselves through sports, music, arts, poetry, gaming, and other areas that drive their passion, while also ensuring that they are held to a higher standard of learning and maintaining a disciplined approach to their education, through after-school programs, such as homework assistance. Lincoln says he wants the center to strengthen the youths critical thinking while also giving them a safe environment to be mentored and to have fun.

Originally from St. Lucia, Lincoln knew at a very young age he wanted to be in finance. After working at the National Commercial bank of St. Lucia he migrated to Ottawa, Canada. Lincoln received his Business Administration diploma from Algonquin College and completed his 4-year B.Comm degree majoring in Accounting, from the University of Ottawa, where he graduated with honors. Throughout his illustrious career, Lincoln has been recognized worldwide and has received numerous awards and accolades. For 2019 he was named Business Innovator of the Year by IAOTP. In 2018, he was featured in TIP Magazine. For 2017 he received the Lifetime Achievement Award by IAOTP and for 2016 was named Top CFO of the Year by IAOTP. Aside from his successful career, Lincoln is also a passionate writer and has written numerous articles which have been published on LinkedIn.
Looking back, Lincoln attributes his success to the support he receives from his family, his perseverance and mentors he has had along the way. Lincoln has said that if he has overcome any battles, such battles are minor compared to what he has seen others go through. A quote that remains with him every day, which was passed on by his cousin Jenny, is this “I grumbled when I had no shoes, then I met a man with no feet". We are all blessed, if we look at the positive in life, rather than the negative.
