Award-winning SEO and web design firm Local Leap Marketing is celebrating 20 years of service to their clients this September. Founded in 2002, Local Leap Marketing began life as a web design firm with one employee. Today, Local Leap has nine employees and has expanded their marketing services to include SEO, email hosting, and website management.
In the last two decades, Local Leap has partnered with over 650 small businesses and is still in partnership with many of those clients today, boasting a 98% retention rate. Ryon Gross, owner of Local Leap Marketing, credits this loyalty to the company’s unique focus. “Our clients stay with us because we see ourselves as an extension of their team. We help expand their online presence and translate that into new customers and clients,” says Gross. “Our motto is ‘if it’s a win for our clients, it’s a win for us.’ We truly want to see them succeed.”
Ryon started Local Leap Marketing with the goal of helping small businesses connect with their customers in the digital arena, as more and more businesses were beginning to focus on their online presence. Local Leap achieves that goal, says Gross “by taking the time to understand our customers. We tailor digital marketing strategies to each individual business, and are very focused on providing value for our clients.”
Local Leap’s efforts have not gone unnoticed. Crowning their 20th year in business, Local Leap Marketing received UpCity’s National and Local Excellence awards in 2022. The awards honor business-to-business service providers with the highest customer satisfaction and brand integrity based on a variety of trust factors.
The last twenty years have seen immense growth for Local Leap. In addition to expanding their employee base throughout Texas, they have also extended their business reach, with clients in 10 US states, as well as Canada, China, and Qatar.
The growth won’t stop there. “We’re proud of where we’ve come from, but we’re more excited about where we’re going,” says Gross. “We are constantly striving to serve our clients better and to offer marketing strategies that are current and consistent with an ever changing online presence.”
