Eaton Realty Has Facilited Over 5,000 Transactions With More To Come
This year marks the 20th anniversary of one of the most successful family-owned real estate brokerages in Tampa Bay. Eaton Realty was founded in 2003 by Craig Eaton. Craig started working in real estate in 1970, remodeling and building homes with his first venture, Eaton Construction Company. An entrepreneur at heart, Craig returned to the Real Estate world upon moving to Tampa and went all-in by becoming a broker and founding Eaton Realty.
Eaton Realty had humble beginnings, with Craig operating Eaton Realty out of his dining room. In 2004 Craig’s son, Shawn, joined the company. The Eaton family relocated to FishHawk Ranch and moved operations from the dining room to the bonus room.
Eaton Realty slowly expanded over the years due to a commitment to unrivaled service, exceptional market expertise, and continued implementation of the latest real estate technologies. The Property Management division has managed homes for hundreds of landlords and is a leader in the industry. Eaton grew from a team of two to an entire staff of 33 realtors, brokers, sales coordinators, and property managers. The company’s current Lithia headquarters completed construction in 2016 to house the ever-expanding team.
