Magdalena Nowicka Mook, CEO and Executive Director of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and 2019–2020 Chair of the American Society of Association Executives' International Associations Advisory Council, is slated to keynote the2020 Be. Choose. Cause. Online Global Coaching Conference, held this September 9-11.
An unprecedented gathering, the event is designed to equip leaders and coaches with tools to unlock the power of coaching to affect change on a larger scale through philanthropy and coaching application —focusing on three of the world’s toughest challenges: Climate Emergency, Healthy Communities and Human Trafficking. This year’s theme is “Lead Well. Do Good. Drive Change.”
Mook will talk “Amplifying the Power of Coaching” to an audience that spans six continents.

A trained professional coach and systems’ facilitator, Mook will speak from her experiences and perspective as the ICF Chair, but will also give audiences a glimpse into her world as a coach and human being committed to co-creating solutions.
Mook holds a master's degree in economics and international trade from Poland's Warsaw School of Economics, and she completed Copenhagen Business School's advanced program in international management and consulting. She is a member of the founding board of the Institute for Organizational Mindfulness, the Women's Foreign Policy Group, the Forbes Nonprofit Council and the Association for Talent Development.
