Waterleaf International LLC (‘Waterleaf’) is pleased to announce that Major General Burke E. "Ed" Wilson, United States Air Force (USAF - retired), has joined Waterleaf’s Advisory Board. With an exemplary career leveraging over 34 years as a leader in the Department of Defense (DoD), General Wilson brings a wealth of operations and senior leadership perspective to the Waterleaf team. During his Air Force career, he commanded at all levels including squadron, group, wing and numbered Air Force, which put him at the forefront of cyber and space operations. After retiring from the military, he served as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Cyber Policy supporting the Secretary of Defense and other senior leaders with policies, strategies and plans to guide DoD’s operations in cyberspace. General Wilson will be advising Waterleaf on key strategic initiatives as related to both Cybersecurity, as well as Waterleaf’s business lines in Network Engineering and Data Sciences through its wholly owned subsidiary Barquin Solutions, LLC.
