Independent full-service media agency Mediassociates was named a Best Place to Work in Advertising Age Magazine’s annual Best Places to Work issue. The agency’s employee mentorship program and philanthropic initiatives were central to the agency being included in this highly competitive award.
Ad Age noted that for four years, Mediassociates has sponsored a village of 250 people in Honduras in partnership with non-profit World Vision and sent employees there annually to help build a well, water delivery and irrigation system. In 2020, the agency committed to supporting two additional villages.
While philanthropy is core to the agency’s purpose, the recognition comes directly from employees. Ad Age’s Best Place to Work bases decisions on employee surveys and noted that Mediassociates “was rated highly overall by its employees with high scores for a mentorship program and community service.”

It also hired over 30 new employees and expanded training, development and internal honors programs.
