Multifamily residential real estate specialist Avi Elfezouaty joins Medistar Corporation
HOUSTON, TX – August 13, 2021 – Medistar is pleased to announce that Avi Elfezouaty has joined the firm as Senior Vice President – Acquisitions and Development. Elfezouaty will lead development and acquisition of multifamily rental communities, student housing and mixed-use developments in strategic markets in Texas and throughout the United States.

Elfezouaty is an accomplished executive whose 26-year career includes leadership roles on major projects for and with premier multifamily developers, including Sueba USA, Gables Residential, Urban Oaks/Hines and Grayco. His experience includes development and delivery of over 6,000 apartment units in 34 rental communities nationwide, including garden style, wrap, podium, mid-rise, high-rise, mixed-use and hospitality programs.
Elfezouaty is a 1994 graduate of the University of Houston and earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management.
